Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 10 July 2026
These terms apply to Vibecoding Conference 2026. They are written in plain language on purpose. By buying a ticket or attending, you agree to them.
01
The event and the organiser
Vibecoding Conference (also referred to as VibeConf) takes place on 6 October 2026 at the Pathé Tuschinski VIP Room, Reguliersbreestraat 26-34, 1017 CN Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The event is organised by CraftingProduct.io, the trade name of Dima Abramov, Amsteldijk 12, Amsterdam, the Netherlands, VAT NL005364058B63. The event is run by Dima Abramov and Elena Avramenko (the “organiser”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@craftingproduct.io.
02
Tickets and registration
Tickets are sold through Luma at luma.com/vibeconf. Payments are processed by Stripe on our behalf. The Luma checkout is also governed by Luma’s own terms and privacy policy.
Ticket prices are shown including VAT. Tickets are released in tiers, and the price rises as each tier sells out. The price you pay is the price at the moment of purchase; buying early at a lower price does not entitle later buyers to that price, and price increases do not entitle earlier buyers to anything further. Each ticket admits one person. Invoices are available on request via hello@craftingproduct.io.
03
Refunds and transfers
You can get a full refund on request until and including 6 September 2026 (30 days before the event). Email hello@craftingproduct.io from the address you used to register. After 6 September 2026, tickets are non-refundable.
You can transfer your ticket to someone else free of charge until 48 hours before the event. Email us the name and email address of the new attendee.
Refunds are made through the original payment method.
For online purchases of tickets for an event on a specific date, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply (Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code). The voluntary refund policy above applies instead.
04
Changes to the programme
We publish the programme, speakers, and schedule in good faith, and we keep them as accurate as we reasonably can. Speakers, session topics, timings, and the format of the day may nevertheless change, including at short notice. Changes to the line-up or programme do not entitle you to a refund.
05
Cancellation and postponement
If we cancel the event, you receive a full refund of your ticket price. We are not liable for any other costs you may have made, such as travel or accommodation.
If we postpone the event or move it to another venue within Amsterdam, your ticket remains valid for the new date or venue. If you cannot attend the new date, you can request a full refund within 14 days of our announcement.
06
Force majeure
We are not liable for failure to deliver the event where that failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to venue closure, public-health measures, government action, strikes, extreme weather, or failure of suppliers. In such cases clause 5 applies.
07
Admission and conduct
The event is for attendees aged 18 and over. We want a welcoming, safe day for everyone. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive or unsafe behaviour is not tolerated. Follow the venue’s rules and the instructions of staff.
We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who breaches this clause. In that case the ticket is not refunded.
08
Photography and recording
The event is photographed and may be filmed. We use event and crowd images in our communication and marketing on the basis of our legitimate interest, as described in our privacy policy. You can object at any time. If you prefer not to appear in photos, tell us at hello@craftingproduct.io or on the day, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate that.
Recording sessions for commercial purposes is not allowed without our written permission.
09
Liability
To the extent permitted by Dutch law, our total liability to you in connection with the event is limited to the ticket price you paid. We are not liable for indirect losses or for loss of or damage to personal belongings. This limitation does not apply if the damage results from our intent or deliberate recklessness. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.
10
Intellectual property
Session content, slides, and materials remain the property of the speakers or the organiser. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless the owner permits otherwise.
11
Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.
12
General
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam. If you buy as a consumer, you may instead choose the court that is competent by law, within one month after we invoke this clause. If any provision of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force. We may update these terms; if we make a material change before the event, we will notify ticket holders by email.
